BRB on Hiatus

So yeah. I'm going to leave this blog for a while because school will start on Wednesday and it'll be pretty hectic (ugh majoring years) so, yeah. I must lessen the time I spend doing absolutely unproductive things on the computer so I must stop watching animu and similar shiz.

Oh, there's Toycon 2010 on the 19th! I heard that Tuxedo Team will be attending. Baaaww, I cannot because I'm broke, too bad. Have fun, to those who can attend.

FMA Brotherhood manga has ended, I heard. And with the release of FMA Brotherhood 61, there are only 2 episodes to go before the finale.

Ugh, I must finish watching Liar Game 2! The show ended months ago and I'm still on episode something.

Stylish eSper Shooting Sports-- S4 LEAGUE!

S4 League is originally a Korean online multiplayer third person shooting game developed by the guys behind my favorite rhythm game DJ Max, Pentavision. The English version is hosted at UK by Alaplaya and the Korean by Pmang.
I stumbled upon this game when I was playing DJ Max almost two years ago, specifically in Supersonic. I discovered that Supersonic is the BGM on one of the maps in the game. Anyhoo, I just bothered to download the client when my summer vacation for this year started, hence the low rank.

GAMEPLAY

S4 has four modes of play. Here's a brief description of each:

Chaser- This mode is like a game of tag, wherein there is a randomly chosen Chaser that will chase the other players while they struggle for survival within the time limit.

What I love about this mode is that if players see the chance, they will cooperate on bullying the chaser earning them points and making the chaser fall off the map (often the case on Circle 2).

This game is even more fun played on Sword Match, because it will be challenging for the chaser and lulz- inducing for the other players.


Touchdown- Just like in a game of football, you need to put the ball (in this case, it's a Fumbi) on the enemy's goal to score.

While holding the Fumbi, the player is subject to Über sp loss, Über counter sword spam and Über stuns. My favorite map on this mode is Station 2 because you can rail if you're a faggot/noob/whatnot and ta-da, instant TD. Teamwork is really essential and in my case, I usually support the one holding the ball, defend the goal post and kill railing dudes (they are really annoying I swear, killing them is usually pure luck). I also like playing this on sword match because I hate snipers.

Deathmatch- One really crazy and exciting mode. There are two teams killing each other until they reach a certain score or until the time is up.

Killed three enemies kinda simultaneously by accident. Got killed afterwards. XD

Arcade- The most rarely played mode in S4. It's about completing lame missions with other players and you're going to fight robots and whatnot to earn PEN (money used to buy the basic stuff).

WEAPONS

Weapons include guns, some melee, and some recovery weapons which can also be used for offense. There are also pretty useful skill items like block, shield, flying etc. Well, I love using melee weapons and playing sword matches because I suck at dodging shots, especially from snipers. Plus, there is some sort of "FUCK YEAH" feel that I love when I do a one-hit KO with a storm bat. :3

CHARACTERS

S4 has this anime- like kickass-ness (wut) feel on the costumes.

They have pretty cool poses too. There are also commands that will make your character wave, boo, and even dance Wonder Girls's Nobody.

S4 League is really a fun action- packed online game you'll never get tired of playing. There are cool jump tricks you'll be frustrated (happens a lot in my case, haha almost broke the keyboard) to learn and some other shooting and dodging techniques. Unfortunately, I live far from the server so players usually get mad at me for lagging :< BUT I heard the US version is in the works already so yeah, hope that'll make me things better.

I've noticed that compared to my summer vacation last year, I'm pretty unproductive this year on this certain hobby called watching anime. BLAME IT ON MY EYES.
Gah, can't stand watching five hours straight anymore because it frickin' hurts to do so like ffffff FML. I have to finish watching 81 episodes of Gintama before school starts!

LESSON: TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES IF YOU WANT TO GROW OLD WATCHING ANIME, LOL.

And oh, another thing. I lost my dundundundun... save data for Pokemon Platinum. OTL
Like wtf, when will I be finally given the chance to finish that game? That game is more than one year old in my HD and I'm still on the 7th gym at Snowpoint. TAT

Soooo.. to get over that thing, I resumed playing Heart Gold English version, which again I doubt that I will finish (I love dropping things haha) because of those stupid random crashes caused by the anti-piracy shiz Nintendo invented (bad me is bad >:D). Anyhoo, I found some cheat codes for the black screen problem:

I was expecting some explanation about Bill's death but there's nothing but fan speculations, gah. I was surprised to see him lying dead and I was like, EH WTF that's it? I was expecting some drama. Bummer.

Anyhow, the finale is pretty challenging! Similar to the Dead Center finale, you need to collect gas cans (16 frickin' gas cans in this case). Problem is, they are so frickin' far apart and frickin' hordes attacking almost every 3 minutes. PLUS, too many fothermuckin Tanks! I have never been attacked by that many Tanks in my entire life. I think a total of 7 Tanks have appeared when I'm halfway through and shiz happened. As of now, I'm still not properly done with that finale (finished it using cheats just to see the ending, lulz).

Inactive blog is veeeery inactive

Last post: December 2009.
WELL, I was on hiatus on watching anime shiz for three months because of stuff and I just resumed coping with the anime community. Can't find anything new that is interesting other than Karas which is soo 2007. Anyhow, I've been posting ranting a lot in my Wordpress and Tumblr hence the inactivity in this site. Lulz, I almost forgot that this exist. Haha adashbcfjkhsihjsdinhfj my brother is here.

2009 Anime List

2009 is about to end so I'm going to reminisce some (because I'm too lazy to include the shows I ditched after seeing an episode or so) of the anime shows I've seen this year.
Obtw, I'm fond of watching completed anime series so you may find pretty old stuff here. Eh, it's such a hassle to download episodes one-by-one so I download by batch. ;)
Moving on.. The first thing I've finished this year...

History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi

Action, comedy, and er... ecchi. Those are the first things I could think of about this one. It teaches many lessons in life too. Eh basically about being stronger and stuff like that. And oh, I can somehow relate to Kenichi. Like me, he has no talent. He only has determination and diligence. But somehow, he can beat the crap out of the gangsters in the story. @_@ Awesumsauce. The manga is still ongoing I think. I dropped reading it tho. Action stories are better watched, not read you know. OH HERE COMES MY RHYMES AGAIN ZOMG

Cowboy Bebop Live- Action Movie

So I heard ABS-CBN will air a Tagalog- dubbed Gintama soon.
Ummm.. Okay.
Now I'm wondering how the hell are they going to explain the parodies and jokes in that show?
Are they going to put a subtitle or something? Hahaha.
I'm curious. I must check that out.
